The Express product is an inexpensive desktop offering. The interactive aspects of the product are restricted to 'localhost' only -- we have an enterprise product that accomodates multiple administrators, though it is more costly.

In most cases this is not an onerous limitation since the Publish Reports feature allows all reports to be exported to a shared intranet area and the 'Collect Later' feature allows regular scheduled collection to be done.

One way to overcome this limitation is to run ECX in a separate VM that multiple administrators can access when they need to analyze a problem. However, the preferred way to overcome this limitation is to buy a single license per administrator desktop if it is used heavily by multiple users.
